How long do I have to pick up my order?
The order will be held in a secure location for 7 days from the day the order is ready for pickup and you have 7 days to pick it up.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed. Please call our store at 1-604-295-6615 11am – 6pm PT, seven days a week for further assistance.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring TWO pieces of ID along with the order confirmation email.  At least one piece of ID should be a Government Issued Photo ID.  The second piece should have the same name, e.g., credit card, debit card.

When will my online order be ready for pickup?
All orders placed before 6pm PT, your order is ready after 11am PT the next day. All orders placed after 6pm PT, your order is ready in two days after order received. We’ll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup.

Why do I see a ship to address for my in-store pickup order?
There is no shipping option for your in-store pick up order. You will always see that Shipping is stated as “In-Store Pick Up” in the cart when you checkout.

Any same-day delivery service?
We offer delivery service in lower mainland thru the third party delivery app of Fantuan and Uber Eats.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Simply enter pick-up person valid government issued photo ID name in the Order notes and their email address during checkout and the pick-up person will get an email notification when the order is ready for pick up.
