Minamoto Kitchoan
Founded in Japan in 1947, Minamoto Kitchoan has introduced traditional “wagashi” (Japanese sweets) to customers worldwide for years. Their products are made with their professional skill so that appearance, shape and flavor of the fruit can be enjoyed as close as possible to its natural taste. Owing 6 factories and their own farms in Japan, only ingredients with finest quality will be used. From casual everyday sweets, such as dorayaki (a pancake sandwich filled with azuki red bean paste) and daifuku (mochi [glutinous rice cake] filled with azuki red bean paste), to elegant seasonal delicacies, their authentic wagashi are made and delivered to customer like an art piece.
